Robert C. Martin, aka, Uncle Bob has been a software professional since 1970 and an international software consultant since 1990. In the last 40 years, he has worked in various capacities on literally hundreds of software projects. In 2001, he initiated the meeting of the group that created Agile Software Development from Extreme Programming techniques. He is also a leading member of the Worldwide Software Craftsmanship Movement - Clean Code.
He has authored "landmark" books on Agile Programming, Extreme Programming, UML, Object-Oriented Programming, C++ Programming and most recently Clean Code and Clean Coder. He has published dozens of articles in various trade journals.
He has written, directed and produced numerous "Code Casts" videos for software professionals.
Bob is a regular speaker at international conferences and trade shows. He is a former editor of the C++ Report .
Mr. Martin is the founder, CEO, and president of Uncle Bob Consulting, LLC and Object Mentor Incorporated.
A leader in the industry of software development, Mr. Martin served three years as the editor-in-chief of the C++ Report, and he served as the first chairman of the Agile Alliance.
Francisco Monteverde is the Codice Software CEO. He is in charge of the strategy, growth, profitability and day to day of the company operations.
Before joining Codice Software, he worked for Microsoft Spain 8 years, where he held several executive positions in Marketing and Sales Leadership . Francisco served as a member of Microsoft Spain leadership team. Before, he worked for Sun Microsystems during 3 years where he became Marketing & Business Development Director for Spain & Portugal and member of the leadership team.
He started his career in Hewlett Packard, where he worked for 10 years, in sales and consultancy assignments in Telecommunications and Healthcare, both in Spain and Europe.
Francisco is Telecommunication Engineer for the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has a management grade in the IESE, Madrid (PDD-1998).

Pablo Santos is one of Codice Software's co-founders together with David Suarez.
Pablo started up Codice back in 2005 and since then has been deeply involved in the design and development of Plastic SCM.
He's a frequent blogger and speaker and an Associate Professor at the University of Burgos (Spain). Prior to Codice he worked as SCM consultant, as ERP software development manager, developed digital TV at Sony and GPS based tracking software at GMV.
